Lands in GOTHIC are distributed once yearly unless you are a new guild joining the ranks. From that point you will get something but you will not get full ownership until the new year.

Lands within GOTHIC are determined by those in your guild. If you have the minimum limit of 5 members you will be granted 50 acres in which to build upon. The lands of GOTHIC cannot be sold, bartered or go unused. If you sell, trade or give away any lands any contract with GOTHIC will become null and voided at that point.

Lands of GOTHIC do not include any lands belonging to that of RhyDin.
