1. No widely distributed zip rosters that you didn't make yourself will be accepted. We keep all zip files we receive on file and compare them with others. If you are caught using someone else's file not only will you receive a bad record, but you won't get your XP because you didn't do the work yourself.
2. No GOTHIC rosters are accepted for XP and GP accreditations.
3. In order for a roster to be counted as stolen, you must have joined the targeted guild and gotten the roster or other miscellaneous information yourself. This means, your name is somewhere on the roster because you had filled out an application and were accepted into their ranks.
4. No more than 500,000xp will be accepted in just rosters. So don't try and turn in a zip file of rosters worth 1,000,000xp because we're not going to take that stupid crap from anyone. Rumors have been going around. About people getting d100’s in just rosters. Any idiot can do that. We want to see your real work. Receipts, logs, anything! Just as long as we see that you're actually doing something good with your time other than collecting zip files to get a hold of high dice.
Just keep in mind that dice aren't everything. Not everyone should have god type powers. Think of how your characters are supposed to be and play them out accordingly. I would hardly think a dwarf could gof rom 0 experiences to millions by buying a packet of rosters from someone. Yeah the high "XP count" might be there, but intelligence and the actual wisdom gained from obtaining such a high status is missing. We're sorry to do this but we can't have illegal dicer's parading around with supreme status.
Playing a Spy:
Spies are incredibly tricky. You can never tell them from your friend or foe. They may comfort you at your worst, and just when you've recovered and think you're at your best, they strike you down by handing out valuable information about you or some secret project you've been working on. You may never find out that they are even a spy. It could be your best friend, even a family member turned bad. Choose how you want your character to be. Spies don’t' have aparticular look or voice to them. They are what they are and work to only better their lives and help the ones they are working for. Make sure you keep all spy business in character. Make sure that no one steps out of bounds and gets mad OOC over something as menial as trading rosters with someone. It's a game, nothing more. Try not to take things that are being done to your character as if they are being done to you personally out of character. That's not the deal here so make sure you keep that in mind at all times. I know it's disappointing to see that your character is being back stabbed, but it happens.

Who to send things to:
Everything should be sent to the Dice Warden and Cheif Auditor for validation.
Special Note:
When turning in roster zip files, make sure the file is organized bythe roster's acronym and member count only. An example is: ][ TDEE - 25][. Please don't put any other information unless the roster is divided into more than one part. When turning in individual rosters to your GC or receipt specialist, please label them the same way.
